New laser cut enhanced extractors for the AIS-ILIS1 ionic liquid electrospray thruster are in! Got a couple of different aperture widths at 0.5mm wide and 0.4mm wide along the central region to experiment with. Unfortunately I’m not too happy with the cut quality, but it will have to do for now.
The dross on some of these is surprisingly bad (this is one of the worst ones). Good thing I ordered multiples of each, but this really isn’t acceptable long term. I’ll have to clean it off myself and try to get it clean under the microscope.
